About Mia

I am a professional singing instructor with 6 years of experience teaching voice. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance specializing in Lieder and Art Song. This training supports musical detail and healthy technique. I specialize in jazz and blues vocal improvisation. Improvisation is taught in a structured way. Scat singing is introduced step by step. Students learn how to build musical ideas. Melodic embellishment is practiced with intention. I teach singers how to enhance melodies naturally. Advanced harmony is explained clearly.
