About Lily
I have spent over nine years helping people of all backgrounds find and heal their unique voices. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Vocal Coaching with a deep specialization in vocal health and rehabilitation. My primary focus is teaching safe vocal practices, helping you overcome vocal fatigue, and using gentle exercises for injured voices.
In my studio, we explore beautiful traditional styles such as classical, sacred, a cappella, and barbershop singing. I teach key skills like proper breath management, resonance balancing, vocal hygiene, and techniques for preventing strain. I regularly work with professional singers, public speakers, and people who are recovering from vocal injuries.
Recently, I worked with a local school teacher who was completely losing their voice by the end of every school week. We practiced gentle resonance shifting and vocal rest exercises, which allowed them to teach all day without any pain. No matter what your current situation is, I design my lessons to support your specific recovery and growth.

My training method provides comprehensive preparation to help you succeed in any singing audition. We work closely on stage presence, selecting appropriate repertoire, and mastering performance anxiety management. I believe that learning to control your nerves is just as important as hitting the right notes.
I work with a lot of older beginners who are trying singing for the first time, as well as highly talented teenagers looking to enter competitive music programs. For example, I recently coached a high school student who was terrified of freezing during their theater auditions. We simulated high pressure auditions in our lessons and practiced physical grounding techniques to keep their breathing steady.
They ended up performing beautifully and landed a major role in their school play. By mimicking real performance environments, I gently push my students to sing confidently even when they feel under pressure. We will choose songs that highlight your best qualities while building a routine that keeps you focused.
