About Shean

I have extensive experience working in secondary schools and tutoring maths up to A' level. Previous students range from age 11 to 18 with target grades of 4 to 9. I have successfully worked with students to achieve and exceed their targets in a range of environments including tutoring in the home and online distance learning. References form previous students and their parents are available.

About the lesson

I believe that all students have their own styles of learning, my background in educational psychology gives an insight into this and has encouraged me to utilise the style of the child rather than asking them to conform. Breaking down the task at hand and being able to deliver it in a manageable way that the student understand is a skill that is essential when working with young people and mature students.

Every topic I cover will be at a level appropriate to the student and will delivered with passion and enthusiasm.
