About Stephanie

I first started tutoring when I was a teenager and in school myself! I’m empathetic and understand how some things can be difficult to learn compared to other topics. I myself have needed tutoring in the past so I have been on both sides of it! I’ve always been told good things about my teaching style because of the methods I use. I will teach you a topic, give examples, and then give you a few questions to answer to make sure you understand the topic! This allows me to see where the disconnect is happening and I can then further explain. It’s a give and take and I’m on your side!

About the lesson

I’m the type of tutor that goes with your pace. I gauge your needs and create an environment that allows you to feel in control of your learning while also making sure you learn enough in the allotted time. I will always pause to make sure you understand a topic and allow for questions to avoid making you feel like I’m rushing you! I’m here for you and your needs and am always open to hearing what you need from me. Everyone learns differently and I will always do what I can to adjust to your learning needs!
