About Melissa
"Singing often feels difficult because people think they need to force the sound. Articulation is actually about relaxation and proper posture.
I fix issues with diction and range extension through consistent practice. My 11 years of experience in the industry guide our approach to performance confidence. Exam preparation for teens is a major part of what we do. We track your progress with care.

"Breathing control and vocal health are the core skills I bring to singing. I am a native Spanish speaker from Lima who has spent 13 years singing in Australia. My Diploma of Music from JMC Academy provides the technical framework for my instruction.
I work with teens and working professionals who want to refine their sound. Intermediate learners and those returning to music appreciate my focus on head and chest voice. My background informs how I teach harmony singing and sight singing.
