Yoga supported me in finding balance, clarity, and inner strength during different phases of life, and teaching allows me to pass this grounding and healing wisdom forward. My intention is to guide students toward mindful, compassionate, and spiritual well-being.

My teaching approach blends classical yoga with a clear understanding of body physiology and mental well-being. I design each class around the student’s lifestyle, health history, and physical capacity, ensuring a safe and sustainable practice. A typical session begins with grounding and breath awareness, followed by mindful asana focused on strength, flexibility, and alignment, and ends with relaxation or meditation. What sets my teaching apart is the emphasis on listening to the body rather than forcing postures. My classes are ideal for adults, working professionals, beginners, and anyone seeking stress relief, balance, and long-term well-being through yoga.
