I’m a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, Yoga Consultant, and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, passionate about guiding individuals toward holistic health and well-being. With 6+ years of experience, I’ve trained over 50 students and led countless online and offline yoga sessions, workshops, and personalized wellness programs.
I help people overcome stress, anxiety, insomnia, pain, trauma, and lifestyle-related challenges by combining Yoga, Naturopathy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Acupuncture, and Ozone Therapy, creating a path to balance in body, mind, and soul.
A graduate of Banaras Hindu University, my mission is to make holistic living accessible and inspiring-turning yoga and natural therapies into daily practices that nurture a sound body, calm mind, and harmonious life.

Yoga training from Anushree very pleasant, I'm a runner, and felt it is not good if you body doesn't stretch properly before and after run,so in addition to running, added this yoga classes to make my body flexible, so far I'm happy that when I open my strides, my feet is cooperating very good, so it is in initial stage,, hence its tiresome, wanted to continue yoga session for long term.
