I am normal middle class background person . So I have a great from my school days to observe thing and bifurcate them and take out good things from there, so from my school days to college I was observing every teacher and their style and mentorship mindset and their commitment and dedication towards their students from that time I was thinking to become a teacher and to teach students what I have learnt from my all teachers and mentor .

Mostly I saw a lot of teacher teaches students strictly and nowadays its going to be boring for this generation . So teach them in their own language and with some daily routine work examples it would be better . If students relate the topics with their life goals and fun they will never forget that topic . Being friendly with them gives us chance to know their actual understanding and they don't feel nervous to ask any Q .
