About Shenan
I am a philosophy student from Edinburgh University. I then went on to work in business development. I then began studying my TEFL and will be beginning post graduate studies in teaching this coming September at the prestigious Durham University. I have had previous teaching experience for 9 months, and I am confident in teaching Philosophy and English to A-level standard. I specialised in ethics, however I can cover a range of topics across the history of philosophy, sociology, metaphysics, religion and ancient philosophy. I also received all A’s in history, geography, English and Philosophy with Religion, so I am happy to help tutor where I can in extra areas if necessary/desired.

I base my teaching around the individual needs of the student. If the student learns best by listening, I will prepare lessons around powerpoints and readings. If the student learns best by interacting, then I will set tasks for the student to complete and then present back to me - the method of learning best by teaching to others.
