About Olivia
I can assure my students that each session we have will include my full engagement and upmost respect. School was not always easy for me as I have struggled with some mental health concerns and some extreme anxiety in social/classroom situations.
Growing up is already hard enough. The last things I want my students to experience is a learning space where goals seem impossible to reach.
There really in no stupid question in my eyes. It's quite easy for me to identify students that genuinely want to grow their knowledge and education.
My hope is that with whatever we work on together, you walk away feeling more accomplished, rather than more confused.
It takes a village. And am willing to be a supportive mentor in your circle if you so choose to apply yourself consistently!
I've had some struggles within self-worth and do not think school should have to be a place where out ability to learn constantly leaves us feeling less capable.
We all have unique strengths and visons that should be celebrated.

I believed that every student holds their own unique learning style. Within most school systems, I have noticed that this piece of information is not always embodied in the most helpful way.
I pride myself on getting to know what works best for each individual I am teaching.
In my opinion there is not always a one size fits all. Personally, I am well adapt in my own learning style as well as what doesn't work best for me.
Aside from the knowledge I have obtained in the subject of English in many areas, I believe it is just important that what I am teaching is being received and absorbed by the students.
I'm open to suggestions and also confident in my ability to connect in a way that makes learning hard things go a lot smoother.
