About George
I have had much success working with students from grades K to 12 in several subjects. Work mostly with students which need help with math, reading and language arts. I excel with young students having trouble with math, i.e., 1-8 grades. I have over 10 years experience and have worked with nearly 100 students 1-on-1. I have had much success improving the student's basic skills and give them the confidence to work independently and grow.

My teaching method is to first conduct a pre-assessment of the student to best determine the problem areas and develop a plan to improve grades and/or achieve our goals. I employ patience and understanding to make the student feel comfortable and to accept me. I conduct a periodic review of lessons and a post-assessment following the completion of lessons as planned.
