About Ashley
I have been teaching in the public school system for 20 years. 19 of those years have been spent in the music classroom. I love to sing, play music, and teach children to love music. I have been playing and/or teaching the piano for over 40 years. My goal is for my students to have a diverse background in music so they can try many things in the fine arts.

I am an Elementary music teacher that focuses on the students gaining an understanding of how to read music and to gain a better understanding of ear training so that students can play even without their sheet music. I will help you train your ears to play what you want as well as teach you how to read sheet music to ensure your abilities as a pianist!
