About Morgan
I’m from Portland, Oregon and moved to the UK for Drama school, so I am also an actor. I pride myself in my communication skills, along with my ability to connect to each and every one of my students.
I am a yoga instructor at multiple studios in London. Along with teaching a cardio style class to students at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
I love to teach yoga, I find that it is incredibly creative. And always brings me back to my true self. I am always trying something new and playing in every class.
The feeling I get after practicing yoga is absolutely unbeatable.

The idea in my yoga classes is to challenge ourselves, and see how far we can reach to gain more awareness in our bodies and mind.
Generally in a yoga class we flow through our asanas (poses) consisting with a gentle warmup, moving into our standing and balancing poses, and closing out the practice with stretching and grounding.
Whether we are building strength, flexibility, or grounding our minds.
Whatever your goals may be, I am here as your guide, and will be personally creating and building a class catered just for you!
