About Kerri
I am an Energy Healer using Reiki and Crystals to cleanse and balance my clients personal and/or environmental energy. I have been practicing working with energy since my first training in 2014. But actually, I've interacted with energy forms as long as I can remember. My strong meditation practice over the past 9+ yrs gives me the ability to easily slip into the visual/energetic space that allows me to connect easily with your energy for profound results.
In my Whole-Being and Lifestyle Design coaching sessions I combine guided meditations, proven coaching techniques, and energy healing to improve your ability to step into your ideal life.
I am also a Hatha yoga teacher with experience teaching group classes and leading yoga retreats. I have been practicing yoga since around 2006 and became a certified yoga teacher in 2017. I love working with clients who are new to yoga and need that extra bit of attention. Our 1 on 1 class will build your yoga confidence.
I teach Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Bikram- inspired classes mixed with meditation, energy exercises, and breathing practices. Each class can be tailored to fit your needs.

Energy Healing with Reiki & Crystals is a deeply restorative session that balances your energetic system so you can feel like your most authentic and best Self.
In my Coaching & Yoga, I incorporate simple energy techniques, breathing exercises, and meditation into my sessions to give my clients usable tools and practices in their everyday lives. Many of the tools I teach are simple and effective ways to feel better with less stress and more energy.
