About Aarsh

Hello, I’m Aarsh. I’m an engineer with an MBA, and I lived and worked in the UK for 11 years. I teach Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Science online to students across the UK.

Science and maths have been at the heart of my whole career. My engineering background means I use Maths, Physics and Chemistry in real situations, not just in textbooks. Today I run a technology company, and I see every day how these subjects open doors to great careers.

I want to teach because I know how much a good tutor can change a student’s confidence. Many students struggle not because they lack ability, but because no one has explained things in a way that clicks for them. I’m patient, friendly and organised, and I enjoy finding the explanation that works for each student.

Parents can expect reliability, clear communication and regular feedback on progress. My goal is simple: help every student understand the subject, feel confident and achieve the grades they’re capable of.

About the lesson

My lessons are online, structured and built around each student’s needs. I teach Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Science to KS3, GCSE and A-Level students across the UK.

My approach: In the first lesson, I find out where the student is and what they find difficult. I then explain each topic step by step, starting from the basics and building up to exam-level questions. I use real-life examples from engineering and technology so that formulae and concepts make sense, rather than being memorised. Every lesson includes practice questions, and I focus on exam technique: how to read questions, show working and pick up every possible mark.

Lesson format: Lessons are flexible to suit each student. A standard lesson is 60 minutes, and I also offer longer sessions of 90 minutes to 3 hours, ideal for exam preparation, revision days or covering a full topic in depth. Longer sessions include short breaks to keep students focused. We use a shared online whiteboard to work through problems together, and after each lesson I give short practice work and share progress updates with parents.

About me: I’m an engineer with an MBA and lived in the UK for 11 years, so I understand the UK curriculum and exam boards. I enjoy making difficult topics simple and helping students build confidence.

Who it’s for: students aged 11–18 who want to catch up, improve their grades or aim for top results in GCSE and A-Level exams.
