About Xavier

I am an engineer for 5 years, following the preparatory classes for the "grandes écoles" (math sup math spé: PC industry). I also spent in parallel of my engineering school in Strasbourg, my CAPES in math, that I had but I never crossed the cape to leave the private to teach full time.

About the lesson

I advocate above all the efficiency and simplicity of my courses. I like to make simple what seemed complicated. See in the eyes of the students "it is too simple actually'. Mathematics, requires understanding before learning. Doing homework in math has to be done with pleasure and then he will take taste and progress.
Method:
1 / understand the course. Explain to the student what shadows there may be. Teach him to distinguish the essential from the optional because after all the math is to be synthetic.
2 / Master the basic exercises. For me to master the basic exercises is the priority, and allow to do 90% of exercises type (high school / BAC).
3 / Train until the student has automatisms, understand that finally it is always the same and that these basic exercises he knows are found in all the exercises with a few nuances that it will have to be able to find by his reflection.
