As an electrical engineering graduate, I have had my fair share of difficulties in studying. I want to teach because I am passionate about empowering students to discover their potential and achieve their goals. I believe that education is a transformative tool that can change lives and build better futures. I am an electrical engineering graduate and I have a passion for teaching. Since the pandemic, I have helped more than 30 students in their math or statistics studies. From explaning complicated concepts to making supplementary exercises, I was with them in every step of their learning journey.
In teaching students, I use a personalized learning approach. I first gauge a student's performance or knowledge of the subject through test and short interviews. From this data, coupled with their school's course outline, I construct a learning plan designed to meet the student's goals and needs. Our typical sessions last for 1 - 2 hours depending on the difficulty of the subject or mental capacity of the student.
