Engineering Student, undertook tutoring within my Secondary school in Year 13 to younger years. I am used to an array of teaching methods and am very comfortable explaining ideas, from my experience as a Tennis coach for ages 3-18, and Chess Coach for children aged upto 10.

When it comes to Maths, some key skills/techniques are needed that form the basis of the subject - these will be practiced first. Then the topics will be gone through sequentially, potentially aiding the students programme at school. I can be very flexible with the teaching method, as everyone learns at different paces and with maths it’s doing questions that is key, so understanding mistakes and going through past papers will be the key resource once the syllabus has been covered.
