About Maria
I am a second year computer engineering student at the University of Florida. I am very passionate about tutoring and my help has allowed many students around me improve their grades and obtain their degrees. I have taken many classes from Calculus I, II, and III to Chemistry I and II, as well as Physics I and II. I can also provide help in algebra, arithmetic, geometry, and pre-calculus.

I provide lessons to college and high school students mainly. My techniques of instruction would be to provide step by step solutions to problems, use simple and easy-to-understand words for better retention of the information, and explain the reasoning behind every step in solving the problem. My approach will be to first ask the students how much they know about the problem or topic and based on their answer, I will choose whether they need a more detailed explanation or an overview of the solution.
