I am a very lenient individual and I do understand that something might come up leading to a lesson having to be cancelled or changed which is 100% acceptable, especially with everything that is going on in the world at the minute. The only thing I do ask is if a lesson does need changed, please try and change it at least 3 days before. If this is not the case, unfortunately you will still be charged for the lesson.
