About Hannah

I am a trained English and Media Studies teacher who has a specialism in SEN/ALN. I have recently been promoted to senior management and would like to keep teaching as well. It is important to me to be involved in teaching throughout my career. Often, I find, my learners teach me just as much as I teach them.

I love English and always like to share my love of the subject with others.

About the lesson

The most important thing to me is understanding the learners in my care. Their ability and struggles with my subject are what we need to work on, so listening to what they need is my first step.

Making sure learners are interested in learning is the also important. That means making resources that will engage and support learning in an individual way. Having fun while focusing on improving is very important.

I have a track record of supporting learners one-to-one to reach their full potential and I love to see my learners succeed!
