About Federica

I have been tutoring for over fifteen years and absolutely love it! In my full-time job I help the students at the college to prepare their exams. Each student is unique and I work with them to understand their individual needs; leading to better academic results, but also to increased confidence and greater enjoyment of the subject. My main subjects are Italian and English Literature & Language including creative writing and comprehension. I have tutored students through A Level, AS, GCSE, entrance exams, 11+ and 13+ and have worked with a number of students for whom English is not a first language. Being bilingual, I feel I really understand students brought up with more than one language.

About the lesson

I am a 7+ to 16+ Learner support assistant with 9 years of experience. I have experience as an ABA tutor (autism behaviour analyst) and work with dynamism and patience. My method is fun but focused on completing the required target. The lessons are focused on the student's needs. I ask for the student to send in advance what they would like to work on and prepare my class based on it. It can be a topic or piece of coursework. I have access to several sample of exam material including GCSEs.
