About Rafaela
I was once a student who struggled in class and found learning difficult at times. Things changed when a tutor believed in me, took the time to explain things clearly, and helped me gain confidence in myself. With the right support, I was able to overcome my challenges and achieve strong GCSE results. That experience is why I'm so passionate about tutoring today - I want to be the person who believes in my students, supports them patiently and helps them realise that they can succeed.

My lessons are friendly, relaxed and easy to follow. I tend to teach in a patient and supportive way, I like to break down tricky topics into simpler ideas and adapt it to each student's pace, using plenty of practice to build up their confidence and understanding. I like being engaging and interactive, to keep students focused and motivated. I encourage students, praise their progress and build their confidence. Each lesson is 1 hour - it can be over video, call or even in person (when/if possible) and these lessons are for GCSE students of any age.
