I’m a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and a Master’s degree in Inorganic Chemistry. My passion lies at the intersection of chemistry and everyday life—especially in the world of food. I’m deeply fascinated by the science behind food preservation and food analysis. From exploring the chemical changes that lead to spoilage to understanding how antioxidants slow down degradation, I bring real-world relevance into every lesson. I love diving into the roles of emulsifiers, preservatives, and natural compounds that keep our food stable and safe. My interest extends to various preservation techniques—canning, drying, fermentation—and the reactions that make them effective. Through my lessons, I help students see how chemistry underpins food safety and quality. We examine how molecular changes affect taste, texture, and shelf life.
