I teach by examples and explanations. The best way to learn a subject or concept in my experience is through repetition, especially in sciences or mathematics. It is also very important to remember the simple basics of each subject to provide a full understanding of concepts, therefore I put a strong emphasis on mastering the basics.
My ultimate aim is to teach my students to become independent learners. The buzzword in both high schools and universities these days is critical thinking: encouraging students to analyse subjects in a deeper, more analytical manner.
My teaching method is focused on the student's needs. I inquire about the student's knowledge in the material they need help in to start building on that. Once I know they have a solid foundation, we tackle difficult topics together.

First: help each student to review points of each chapter and find the discipline to summarize all of points with a simple phase.for example in circle in Math: radius angle>>inscribed angle>>arc>>chord. I do believe you could answer correctly many questions by using this phase. Second: Apply phases into analyse question Finally: do necessary caculation and get the correct answer.

I make use of demonstration as much as possible, and I like to get feedback on effectiveness by using oral and written tests. A typical 1-hour class will include 20 minutes lecturing, 20 minutes demonstrations (examples, illustrations), 10 minutes of informal testing, and 10 minutes to address my student's questions. Lecturing and demonstration may not be performed sequentially but in parallel.
