I base my teaching very much on the needs of the student. Every student has different things that he or she finds difficult. One finds it difficult to describe formulas and the other has difficulty with the concepts behind the problems. This of course requires a different approach. Together with the student I work through questions and I go deeper into concepts that the student finds difficult when we encounter them. I like to create understanding with the student instead of having the students memorize things.

Hij kan heel goed uitleggen. Hij is geduldig, dus als je het niet begrijpt geef het aan en hij zal het nog een keer uitleggen totdat je het begrijpt.
Hij legt de problemen heel goed uit met behulp van een digitale 'whiteboard' zodat ik ook z'n werkingen kan zien. Dit helpt mij om de sommen sneller te snappen en op te lossen.
Geduldige en goede uitleg!
Olivier legt alles vanaf het begin uit en weet hierdoor goed te ontdekken waar het misgaat. Hij heeft ook veel oefenmateriaal en weet altijd leuke en relevante voorbeelden te bekeken, waardoor de lessen interessant zijn.
Olivier heeft mij enorm geholpen met chemisch rekenen. Hij legt material op toegankelijke manier uit.
