I have over 15 years experience working in the film and television industry as art director and designer. I have mentored interns during my time at Beyond Productions as well as have taught Media Arts for Year 9, 10 and VCE during my teaching practicums.

I have practical and theoretical knowledge about film and television. I can teach and tutor students practical filmmaking techniques such as shot sizes, editing techniques and sound design. I also can teach and tutor students on the theoretical and historical aspects of filmmaking, including the history of cinema, cinematography, production design, and mise-en-scene.
I have an English and Media Arts background, which mean I can tailor lessons to meet the needs of my students. I can empower students through writing and creative expression as well as their essay writing such as comparative essays for English, or analytical essays for media, photography, and visual art.
