About Philip

I am a dedicated mathematics tutor who enjoys helping students prepare for important exams, improve their skills, and build confidence in mathematics. I find it rewarding to see students overcome challenges and make progress through focused practice and support.
My teaching approach focuses on breaking down difficult concepts into simple steps, teaching effective problem-solving strategies, and helping students understand how to approach different types of questions. My goal is to help students feel prepared, confident, and ready to achieve their best results on test day.

About the lesson

My test preparation lessons help students build confidence, improve mathematics skills, and develop effective problem-solving strategies. I focus on understanding concepts, not just memorizing steps.

Lessons include reviewing key topics, explaining concepts clearly, practicing problems, and learning strategies for different question types. I provide preparation for the SAT, ACT, GED, and ASVAB mathematics sections with lessons tailored to each student's goals.
