I’m Tanya, a Brisbane-based math teacher with over 10 years’ experience in private schools and 10 years of tutoring. I specialize in Years 7–12, including Extension Math (Y7–10) and Mathematical Methods (Y11–12). My teaching is clear, patient, and structured, helping students turn confusion into confidence and achieve excellent results. Hi, I’m Tanya, an experienced and dedicated maths teacher based in Brisbane. For the past 10 years, I have been teaching at a private school, while also tutoring students one-on-one for over 10 years.

I specialise in helping high school students master Extension Maths (Years 7–10) and Senior Maths (Years 11–12: General Maths, Essential Maths, and Mathematical Methods).

My goal is to make maths clear, approachable, and less stressful, while equipping students with the skills to achieve excellent results.
