About Jo
Hi! I’m a former registered nurse with currently completing Master’s in Psychology. I have a broad background across cardiac intensive care, gastroenterology, PACU, and disability assessment. I’ve seen the many sides of healthcare, from high-pressure clinical settings to in depth patient assessments, and I know how challenging (and rewarding!) this career path can be. I’m passionate about teaching because I remember how tough it felt trying to make sense of everything when I was training. With my psychology background, I focus on helping you learn in a way that actually makes sense to you, building confidence, clinical knowledge, and critical thinking, not just memorising facts. Whether you're a student nurse, newly qualified, or coming back after a break, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I look forward to working with you.
