About Mason

With a PhD in Civil Engineering and over ten years of experience, I am passionate about helping students succeed in Chemistry and Math. Teaching is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to share knowledge and inspire confidence in others. Every student is unique, so lessons are tailored to individual learning styles and goals. My approach is friendly, patient, and supportive, making sure that questions are always welcome and tricky concepts become clear. Professionalism and commitment are at the heart of every lesson. The aim is to make learning enjoyable and rewarding, while helping you achieve your best results.

About the lesson

My tutoring approach is centred on making Chemistry and Maths clear, accessible, and enjoyable for every student. I use a combination of real-world examples, interactive problem-solving, and step-by-step explanations to help students truly understand key concepts—not just memorise them. I tailor each lesson to the individual needs and learning style of my students, ensuring they feel supported and confident.
Lessons are typically one hour long but can be adjusted to suit each student’s goals and schedule. I bring over ten years of experience teaching high school and university-level students, with a PhD in Civil Engineering and extensive background in both private tutoring and academic roles.
My lessons are ideal for high school students in Years 11–12 who want to improve their understanding, boost their grades, or prepare for exams. Whether you need ongoing support or targeted help before assessments, I’m here to help you succeed.
