About Komal
I've been through a lot of emotional, mental and physical challenges being an asthmatic since the age of 14 .
Meditation worked as a one stop solution to all of my downs in life. I want people to learn that how they can feel as light as a flower even in the midst of a storm through meditation and win in life with a happy face. We need to tap into our greatest self to be living life at it's fullest.
