I have previously tutored to children aged between 4 and 11 on a live-in basis, as well tutoring up to the age of 16 in the evenings.
I'm a qualified journalist and writer employing my English skills every day!

Hello,
My name is Emma and I'm a journalist and writer based in Leicester.
I've been tutoring for about 6 years now and previously worked as a live-in tutor and au pair for three children aged 4 to 11.
I tutor in Maths and Science up to GCSE level and can tutor in Philosophy, English, and Politics to A level.
I tailor my lessons to my students to ensure they are learning in a way that is engaging to them and helps them want to learn. I use a lot of practical learning techniques including writing drills, real-life application scenarios, and games.

Details
I charge an extra £2 an hour for travel beyond 10km from my home and an extra £5 per hour for each additional person.
