About Alexandra
I've been qualified as a secondary school teacher since 2012. Even before that, I worked as a tutor. I received my qualification to teach from Oxford University where we focused on how people learn and how to adapt teaching style to the needs of the student (pedagogy). This means that I am exceptionally suited to understanding the needs of my students and how they think so that I can teach in a way that is best for them. I decided to leave the formal environment of school teaching which makes me available for personal tutoring.

I am here to help you! I want to get you better results in your exams and the best way to do that is to work to YOUR needs. Ideally, we will work through past exam papers together. When we identify any weaknesses, we will work together until you understand the topic fully and feel confident that you can answer questions well. I can also help you to set up a revision plan that works for you and help with your regular homework too if you would like. Also, we should have some fun while we study so I hope you have a sense of humour!
