About Susana
I've a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Master degree in Social Economics. I've an experience of 20 years teaching Maths and Economics to KS3 and KS4. I worked for 15 years in Portugal as a teacher of Maths and Economics and since 2015 I've been working at Hazelwood Integrated College as a maths teacher. All the pupils I had the pleasure to private tutoring were well succeed and achieved their goals.

My teaching method is a student centered approach. I focus my lessons on pupils and I try to facilitated their learning and comprehension of the topics and I like to solve and explain some exercises with the pupil but at the same time I like to have the pupil's feedback through his own work. Practice is very important especially for Maths therefore in my lessons pupils will try to do as many past papers as possible and they will be provided with some useful techniques to tackle each question type.
