About Rashamel

My motto is, young players do not have to be professionals to train like professionals.

It is a passion of mine to help the youth develop into the best person and player they can be and off the basketball court.

About the lesson

I start from the ground up meaning I evaluate a players footwork all the way to their release on their shot. I start all my sessions with form shooting to see if I need to adjust or change something on a players shot. Footwork is the foundation to becoming a good player.

Perfect! Rashamel has got a very impressive background both playing and coaching. He's got a great personality and really clicked with my son. He makes great observations and does a fantastic job explaining things. The drills he had my son do in an hour were very well thought out and he explained the benefits to all of them very clearly. Lastly, he challenged my son to push to his limits in a very positive way. He supplemented all of this with good conversation about hard work etc. Will be meeting with Rashamel weekly for the rest of the summer to continue. Highly recommend him!!
