About Keyonna

Hi my name is Keyonna! Getting Fit With Keyonna started this year in 2019! I am a collegiate Basketball player that has played many other sports as well in high school. I have a passion to help people grow and better themselves! If that’s you, then look no further I can help you with anything listed!

I have play college Basketball and have been playing since I was a 1st grader. I just recently got into fitness coaching but have helped a few people so far. I did cheerleading all 4 years of high school. Lastly I am very good at roller skating and would like to share my skills with others.

About the lesson

I usually start by asking them where they think there skill level is. Then I may test them on some basics to see where it might actually be. After this I will work on things that I see need to be improved, while also asking them what they want to work on and helping them get better at that as well.

I have worked with all kind of students. Anywhere from toddlers to grown adults. I just like to share my skills with anyone who is willing to learn!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Is this something that I really want to do or is it something that I’m doing because everyone else is. You will never get better if you are not doing it do yourself.

My sons loved Keyonna! They loved how she helped them improve but it never felt like hard work. They always came home with a huge smile on their faces and ready to tell me how much fun they were having. She is also very fair on pricing!

She was so encouraging. When I felt down she was always telling me that it is okay to mess up and she never gave up on me even when I waned to give up on myself.
