Men ! I have over 12 years experience, training with the worlds best in Mixed Martial Arts, from Boxing to , Kick Boxing , to brazilian jiu-jitsu .

But if you just want to get in great shape I will help you get to a place better then you ever thought possible !

Lose weight , feel really good about yourself this is my life's passion to help people with !

I can break it down EASY to the beginner who has never tried anything in the sport . I have trained under and taken seminars with top MMA, and UFC pros.

The experience I have gained will not only teach you a skill set , but will teach you about life. Boxing is a great standup skill set. It also helps all the muscles in your body, will help you burn fat, and gain incredible energy! Let's do this today! We'll go at your pace then build up gradually !
