About Michael

Let your pallet guide you through passionate discoveries of fresh foods. Burnt will open your mind, as the artist, to approach the plate as a canvas and develope the skills to bring fine dining to your home. We will enjoy a fun journey expressing your inner chef right in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Food is one of the few things that is instantly gratifying in life. I thrive on preparing quality food. I am driven by passion, creativity, willingness and open mindedness. I enjoy the challenges that cooking can present and research my way to success. I love sharing the knowledge I have acquired as a chef and cannot wait to bring that to you

It's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Michael and I will guide you into your culinary world. I am a top 30 working chef who has graduated culinary school. I am nationally certified in restaurant hotel and lodging management and nationally certified in sanitation. I previously taught groups up to 25 persons, 5 course dinners at William and Sanoma. I have also had the pleasure of mentoring many culinary intern/externs over the years. What are we cooking today?
