Perfect! I definitely recommend David to others looking for a hands-on and private cooking class! We hired him to teach us how to make dumplings in a 3 hour session.

We had a great time! I was visiting my brother - who has a newborn baby - so David came to our Airbnb to make it easy for us to be with the baby. We had a group of 6 people, and David handled all of the logistics and was extremely flexible. He brought all the equipment he needed and let us relax and enjoy our party. He even brought the ingredients, knives, food processor... everything!

David was very knowledgeable about food and cooking from years in restaurants. He taught us to make two kinds of dumplings (shrimp gyoza and chicken shu mai), cucumber pickles, and sauces. The best part of the class was the hands-on elements like prepping 150 dumplings with 6 people... and then eating them all! He is very friendly, professional, and a good teacher. Thank you, David!
