About Kirby

I have always been a trainer in all my jobs and I enjoyed it so why not give to the world what I have learned

I have worked a countless resturants and also went to school for culinary arts.

About the lesson

I will show you the basics and food safety methods so that you are more comfortable in the kitchen. I always ask what's your dream dish that you want to make so that you can achieve it

I have worked with special needs students, I have also worked with people that no knowledge of the kitchen and some people that do but just need help . I believe patience is key

I would say always build a bond with the teacher and the kitchen have a passion with what you want to learn and always be determined to reach your goal

I love to see the look on someone's face that they did it on there own that they accomplished there goal and are proud of it .
