About Paul
The Food Peddler is an Ayurvedic virtual shop, with single origin Spices blends salts cures and brines. With 20 plus years experience in kitchens. 200 hours yoga teacher certified. And Ayurveda certified.
20 plus years Experience in Culinary Arts, from fine dining to casual dinning. 8 years practicing Yoga with recently completing a 200 hr Yoga Teaching Certificate and I am a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner.
Lastly I gradutated in 2010 from Johnson and Wales University, with my Ba in Culinary Arts, and my BA in Foodservice Entrepreneurship.
I last worked as an Executive chef opening two popular restaurants in Rockville Centre. As well as Own my own personal business.
