Happy Greetings To One And ALL!
I love cooking and I am a licensed Personal Chef and a Master Food Certified Executive with over 30 years of cooking in the Foodservice (institutionalized cooking) and small group cooking clubs. Recently, I taught TEX-MEX food cookery in Yokohama, Japan.
I have over 20 years of teaching directly from a classroom to the kitchen, online courses using Skype or Viber or webinars, one-on-one and in small cooking clubs. I have taught overseas in Japan, Thailand, Australia, HongKong, Singapore, UAE, etc. I am, afterall, a Globe Trekking Cook.
I bring my professionalism in all my teaching methodology and will make YOU an expert with confidence in your cooking skills and food presentations in no time at all.
I usually don't charged the first time I meet my prospective foodie clients until they decide to try my teaching and cooking services after the initial "get-to-know-you" at their favorite grocery store/s. I love to discuss the "wants and needs" of whom I am cooking for and what we expect from each other during the course of each cooking lesson. The “walking down the aisle” at one's favorite grocery store/s is to immerse ourselves on the plethora of what's available for us to cook from the organic ones and to the, unfortunately, GMO ones (but still good and cheaper). Once the prospective client have decided to carry on my services, we'll discuss my teaching fee afterwards.
