About Eva

I'm New Year's because I do all sorts of cooking my family's been in the restaurant business for many years we had a restaurant in fisherman's wharf called European Garden it was a Eastern European restaurant, my grandmother was specializing in Georgian cuisine my family is Russian. My other grandmother specialized in Jewish cuisine but I pretty much specialize in Italian but I love it all.

I enjoy cooking and putting smiles on peoples faces when they try my cooking that comes from the heart. I cook with love in this most important when you put love into your food.

I started teaching my friends and family and I decided to take it to another level and it's fun to teach people what I know and I can put smiles on their face and then I get a lot of thank you's from my clients it's very heartwarming and puts a smile on my face.

I've learned a lot from my family, I did start California culinary Academy.

About the lesson

It depends on what kind of level they are at if they are first timers I'd like to start out slow and not make them nervous it all depends but I'd like to feel comfortable and make the student feel comfortable.

I cooked with all sorts of students from knowing nothing to intermediate to pretty high-level people who knowhow to cook And even went to culinary schools they just want to different tips to see what they didn't know.

Just get to know them and talk a little bit on what you want and fine same understanding and if We both have a connection.

A recent event and most fond of is when I taught a couple how to cook and he was more advance and she knew pretty much nothing and it was fun watching them teach other basically I don't know why they even needed me but it was a great experience and fun watching them.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Make sure you know what level you are at please explain what exactly you want to learn and again what level do you think you are at but I can tell what level you're at if I ask a few questions and get to know you a little more.
