About Amelia

I specialize in vegetarian, vegan and plant based cuisine and baking but I love to teach basic cooking skills that can be applied to all cuisine types!

I love food! I'm passionate about getting everyone back in the kitchen and cooking by making it fun and health supportive for all.

Following completion of culinary school several individuals began asking me to teach them how to expand their plant based knowledge. As a result of COVID my catering company experienced many cancelations and postponements which enabled me to pivot to culinary education. I began teaching virtual classes weekly

I am gradution of Natural Gourmet Institute in New York where I completed their Chef Training Program. Prior to attending culinary school I have been cooking for as long as I can remember and as soon as I could reach the stove! I have operated a catering company for numerous years and have spent over 20 years in the event industry in a variety of capacities.

About the lesson

Let's chat! In order to understand the needs of my students I provide a complimentary consultation to ensure I am meeting the needs of my students. My cooking classes are custom curated to ensure participants receive the maximum benefit. It is my goal to help you fall in love with food and cooking. Following our consultation we set a date(s) for class sessions and menu plan for classes. All classes include instruction, recipes, shopping guides and my custom curated spice blends.

A variety from novice to experienced and all skill levels in between.

Be open to the possibilitiies to learn about a variety of food and cuisines.

Minimum pricing is $150 per class per student for one on one and small group instruction. Custom classes will require consultation for pricing.
