About Debra

We excel in teaching all kinds of art classes to all ages. We have a four hundred square foot classroom on site. Set up for social distancing so I can have six to seven students at one time. We teach one on one class to teaching online. I have been an artist for over 40 years. I enjoy it more now than ever. When I was six my mother was doing a mural. As I sat there for an hour, I finally asked her "Mom how do you do that?" she looked back at me and said, "Aww Katie girl it's magic." I have been inspired to create and want to distill that same feeling to someone else. That is why we love our classes for one reason inspiration. It gives us a chance to think outside the box to become better artists ourselves. We can teach a technique to a student but to inspire art into one’s spirit, then we have done our job.

We like doing all different medias to come up with the unconventional way to approach art to achieve our vision and surpass our expectations.

We teach mix media, acrylic, oil, watercolor, clay, color pencil, ink, rock art and pastel.

I have a BA in fine arts and a commercial art degree.

Plus, over 40 years of teaching experience.
