About Melissa
I've been a professional artist for 22 years, teaching for 10 years, and loving art my whole life. I have experience in painting with just about every medium, sculpting, graphic design, and drawing.
I can articulate the subtleties of fine technique while still allowing for expressive freedom and exploration. I'm patient, kind, and way more fun than Bob Ross--RIP buddy!

Students are responsible for bringing their own supplies, but I'll provide various items spontaneously during lessons.
My students who progress the quickest usually work outside class--but it's never a requirement.
