About Sean
Comet is dedicated to training people to not only be the best martial artists but to be an improved person. We specialize in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing and self-defense.
I love working with people and seeing their transformation. Through martial arts you will lose weight, get stronger, become confident and have fun!

My process with working with students is to understand their goals. Next we write out a game plan and from there we develop a plan to achieve those goals.
I work with students from all walks of life. I work with children as young as 6 and older adults. No one is too old to learn.
When hiring a teacher you should first determine what it is that you are looking for. Then find a teacher that will help you get to your goal and not his/hers.
