About Terrylee

I have 26 years of martial arts experience with a black belt in Tae Kwon Do to teach you how to defend yourself while getting in great shape. Also a certified personal trainer with experience in a large gym. I'm also still currently fighting, so I keep my clients up on the new techniques in real life time

Martial arts lessons offered by Terrylee are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Lakewood. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.

Perfect! I’ve been training with Terry for Muay Thai personal training in Lakewood, Ca for about two months now and it’s been one of the best decisions I made this year. I’ve always wanted to learn self defense especially when I experienced some nerve issues with my leg. Terry did not shh away from the challenge and we have made huge improvements. Our sessions are challenging but also fun! I can tell how much leaner I am and how my endurance has improved and I can’t wait for more! Doesn’t matter what your goal is, lose weight, gain weight, or just simply to stay in shape, hit Terry up, I promise you won’t regret it!

Terry is an extremely great Personal trainer. He always knows what he’s doing he’s organized and planned, for people with different end goals working out with Terry is perfect as he can adjust the workouts to better suit the physique a person is striving for. I get along really well with him he’s an overall cool guy and keeps me motivated to come back for my next visit again and again, he isn’t rude and is professional with his work which makes me so much more comfortable. It’s easy to tell that this guys loves what he’s doing and is very good at it. 12/10 everyday from me that’s all I gotta say.
