About Will
We are the most diverse training facility available, with the most diverse offerings in the area.
We are an indoor parkour and obstacle training space with personal training areas, martial arts dance and wellness services.
I have 33 years of competitive martial arts experience. 20 years as a boxing and kickboxing trainer. 20 years as a personal and small groups fitness coach.
I'm a ranked and certified Sanshou coach, I teach traditional Chinese martial arts and have a winning record in MMA.
I am the only Carlos Machado BJJ affiliate in Kentucky, with a 33 year freestyle/folk style wrestling background.
I am the owner and head coach of The Urban Ninja Project in Lexington Kentucky.
